I’ve worked with Partner Marketing Works (PMW) on two multi-city Canadian conference tours, and one world tour that took place in Toronto, London and Tokyo. The world tour included a live video webcast to each respective continent.
The experience has been top-notch each time. The events are essentially turn-key for participating companies — PMW takes care of the planning, marketing, logistics and execution, allowing me to focus on the big picture.
The PMW team is extremely professional and, most importantly, easy to do business with. I would outsource all my marketing events to them if I could.

Director of Marketing, HP Enterprise Storage & Services
Hewlett-Packard Company
I have worked with PMW over the last few years. As Director of Marketing for a Fortune 50 company, I need to work with a company that can “do it all, and do it well”. PMW fits this bill perfectly. My experiences with PMW have been extremely positive. They take the time to understand their client’s needs and work tirelessly to satisfy them. They have worked on a number of projects for me/my company and each time they exceeded expectations and delivered world class results. Their people are knowledgeable, experienced and fun to work with (a big asset given the long days required on many projects).

PMW produces Transforming Your Enterprise (TYE) Magazine for HP. Over the past five years, I have worked closely with the PMW team to produce three special editions of the magazine dedicated to Health and Life Sciences (HLS).
Representing HP’s strategy-in-action, the TYE HLS articles demonstrate HP innovation and thought leadership through the perspective of our clients. These examples highlight how HP’s extensive portfolio enable better business and health outcomes by speeding innovation into practice, improving operational efficiencies and improving quality of care.
PMW has a proven track record of helping HP achieve our objectives. The PMW team consistently goes the extra mile to deliver a compelling, high-quality magazine.
PMW professionals handle all the moving parts of developing a complex product — from content discovery and creation to final production in an organized, highly effective and timely manner.
HP frequently receives very positive feedback from clients, magazine contributors and HP leaders on the magazine and PMW’s professional approach in developing it.

Working with the PMW team from 2007 to 2009 to produce HP’s Transforming Your Enterprise Magazine was a gratifying and enjoyable experience.
I inherited the magazine in its third year of publication. There were many moving parts to the magazine that spanned HP business units, processes and people. PMW eased my transition into the role by briefing me thoroughly, engaging me systematically in managing deliverables and prompting me to evaluate ways in which the processes and product could be improved.
As my involvement in the development and delivery grew I understood why many at HP were invested in the magazine. We were producing thought leadership, getting the dynamic IP right from the people who were developing it. Customers were more than happy to work with us, telling us their story so we could share it with readers. Through their stories and the work of HP subject matter experts we were able to tell “the HP story” in an engaging and enjoyable format. The magazine became a tool of choice for HP salespeople and marketers leveraged its content in a variety of internal and external channels. Over 7,000 HP customers and partners subscribed to receive it in print or electronic form.
PMW’s approach, team of writers and project management skills were critical to the success of the magazine.

I recently had the pleasure of working with PMW for the first time on a go-to-market initiative involving two of HP’s strategic partners – Oracle and Red Hat. The initiative was a six-city Canadian conference tour.
PMW’s knowledge of our business and their commitment to the success of this important initiative were evident from the start.
PMW handled virtually every element of the execution, including upfront planning, coordinating Partner engagement, content and messaging development, audience acquisition and data reporting. The events themselves were executed flawlessly by PMW, and highlighted by a sophisticated live remote server demonstration of 9iRAC on an HP Itanium-based cluster. All of the above was completed within a tight deadline structure.
Attendance for the tour exceeded expectations, and follow-up sales efforts have been successful in demonstrating ROI on our investment.
In my opinion, the individuals at PMW who were engaged on this project were hard working and dedicated individuals, recognizing what was expected of them and doing their best to deliver. Based on my experience working with PMW, I would highly recommend them for any marketing event or project.

Bob Martin
Marketing Programs Manager
Intel of Canada Ltd.
PMW has professionally and successfully executed numerous Intel of Canada marketing programs including conference and showcase events, video webcasts, case studies, etc. Their last project for Intel of Canada was to manage the planning and execution of the Intel Centrino Mobile Technology Launch Event, on March 11, 2003 in Toronto. Concurrently, they produced three related case studies, the content of which was featured at the event.
PMW was instrumental in making this product launch conference and showcase the top Intel event in Canada in 2003. They were able to bring together all the resources required to organize and produce a high level Intel customer and channel event, in a short period of time. They also worked closely with our advertising and public relations firms to ensure message consistency and coordination, and to capitalize on efficiencies where they existed. In producing the case studies, PMW worked relentlessly to interview key constituents within the end user and channel organizations involved in the technology solutions, and to produce quality content.

Medium Business Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager

Throughout the years I’ve worked with many marketing agencies in both Canada and the United States and I’ve rarely seen an organization that provides such a high level of professionalism.
I’ve been working with Partner Marketing Works International Inc. (PMW) for over three years on a variety of demand generation projects and they continue to impress me with their world-class services and senior project management skills whether in e-marketing, direct mail or event organization.
The people of PMW are highly experienced professionals that provide the attention to detail required to ensure a smooth execution of projects, on time and within budget. Their in-depth knowledge of North American lists has proven to be a determining factor in the success of my programs and their extensive reporting is particularly useful for post-campaign analysis.
But marketing is not an exact science and unanticipated problems may arise. That is precisely when it’s important to work with people you can rely on to make neutral recommendations or even be empowered to make the right decision.
In this industry, it is also particularly rare to deal with an agency with such a low-turn-over. From the client’s perspective, it is a real plus because I don’t have to explain my needs and requirements to a different Account Manager each time. In the end, it saves a lot of time – and money – and contributes to the overall success of my projects.
I would recommend PMW with complete confidence to anyone who is serious about marketing and generating leads.

Microsoft Business Solutions Canada
I found that PMW provided a true turnkey service with regards to the management of the Microsoft Business Solutions “Business Insights” CRM launch event. Their experience with events of this scale certainly came through in the their ability to effectively communicate project requirements and associated timelines, the creative alternatives they offered in how to best expand the capacity of the event, the overall look and feel of the event, and the professionalism demonstrated throughout.
PMW was able to take my vision and make it a reality. This included creating the right main stage setting, a pavilion area that tied in with the overall look of the event and facilitated traffic flow, to an outdoor ‘cafe’ style reception area complete with rockery and fountains.
From an onsite logistics perspective, the event itself was well managed by PMW. They were able to deal with a large volume of registrants and built contingencies into the staffing at the registration desk to allow for rush period. They managed the even flow of the event through a series of transitions, including registration, main stage, concurrent sessions, partner pavilion area, and reception area.
PMW’s timely, descriptive and detailed registrant and attendee data gathering and reporting completed their turn-key service offering and helped make this event one of the most successful ever Microsoft launches in Canada. In fact, the overall launch and execution are being taken into consideration as a best practice in rolling this out across the world.
It was a real pleasure to work with the PMW team.

I worked closely with PMW on the Solving B2B Integration five-city Canadian conference tour. Our business partners in this go-to-market initiative were PwC Consulting (now IBM Global Services), Microsoft Business Solutions and Cactus Internet.
PMW’s experience, commitment and skills were an asset throughout – from the planning period, through to implementation, execution and post event reporting. They successfully managed and executed all elements of this lengthy execution and were a key driver in its success.
Of particular importance was their team’s ability to be a valuable resource in content and messaging development, partner management, and customized data capture and reporting. The latter deliverable was key in determining that this tour exceeded our objectives. As well, PMW worked closely with our corporate public relations firm, and contributed to the success of our PR effort surrounding the tour.
I’d be the first to recommend PMW’s resources for your next core marketing campaign.
